Four checks on every shipment.

Product inspection
Physical and visual inspection of goods before dispatch, checked against the agreed specification and the buyer's requirements.

Supplier verification
Supplier and facility verification before sourcing, including ongoing review of supply partners.

Packing and labelling checks
Export packing is reviewed for transit durability, destination requirements and accurate labelling.

Documentation and compliance
Shipping documents, certificates of origin and regulatory paperwork are reviewed before every shipment.

What we check, product by product.

| Makhana & Makhana Powder | Each lot is checked for Suta grade and sieve-size distribution, moisture, broken / immature percentage, foreign matter and colour. |
| Moringa Powder | Each lot is checked for moisture (LOD), mesh distribution and organoleptic quality: colour, odour and taste. |
| Isabgol / Psyllium Husk | Purity is graded by husk content. Lot testing covers moisture, microbial limits (total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella), pesticide residue, foreign matter, ash, particle size / mesh (powder) and heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium). |
| Tamarind | Each lot is checked for moisture, Brix (concentrate / paste), seed and fibre content (block and concentrate), ash and acid-insoluble ash, tartaric / citric acid and pH, colour, foreign matter and, where used, residual SO2. |
| Green Coffee Beans | Lot grade (AA, A, AB), moisture content and defect count are certified through Coffee Board laboratory testing. |
| Biomass Pellets | Lab testing covers gross calorific value, moisture, ash, sulphur and chlorine, and third-party inspection at loading can be arranged. |
